A busy morning for our Y10s last week as they took part in a series of Mock Interviews through Ahead Partnership. 17 different employers volunteered their time to help support our students as they continue to develop knowledge and skills to take their next steps after Grange! The interview process, although daunting for many, was an invaluable experience that will help them as they move into their College and Apprenticeship applications in September. Students commented on how positive the experience was and how, having done the interview, they would feel much more confident next time!
