A group of Yr 10 girls were invited to Arla Foods in Leeds to celebrate International Women's Day. The students were introduced to a number of staff who shared their journeys through education and work and how they arrived at the positions they were in today. Students gained an insight into the different career pathways available and the range of jobs available. Our students prepared and presented aspects of diversity and strategies on how to be more inclusive. The students did very well in their presentation, presenting to about 200 people, including staff at Arla, teachers and students.
